After placing your order, your furniture will be ready for pick up in 1-3 business days. We will call you as soon as your order is ready for pick up. If you would like to arrange local white glove delivery, please call our store at 905-842-3739 to process delivery payment and book a delivery date. Locally deliveries will be scheduled as soon as possible.

If you receive a product with shipping damage, please email service@joshuacreekfurniture.com and we will look after you. Please include photos of the damage and photos of the packaging and we will contact you with next steps.
